In addition to the groups which support each event, concessions are available for:
- Australian Defence Business Review subscribers
- DIAR.com subscribers
- Australian Information Security Association (AISA) Inc members
- 3 or more people attending from the same organisation
Concessions are available for students and others with limited means on application.

4 . Conditions of registration and substitution policy
Conditions of registration
By registering for an event, you accept the following conditions:
- The organisers reserve the right to decline any registration.
- The organisers reserve the right to vet my attendance.
- All travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participants or their sponsoring organisation.
- It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content of the program or cancel, and no compensation will be paid to those who have registered.
- Security at the event may include a bag search and a pat down search, and the organisers may refuse entry to those who do not submit to such searches.
- Attendees are not allowed to use the following items at an event without the express permission of the organisers: cameras, tape recorders and other electronic audio and visual recording devices.
Substition and cancellation policy
By registering for an event, you accept the following substition and cancellation policy:
- If you are no longer able to attend an event, a substitute delegate may take your place. However, if you wish to cancel your registration a full refund, minus a $150 service fee, will be given provided you have notified us in writing, by letter or fax, at least 10 days before the start of the conference.
- No refund is available for cancellations under 10 days.
